Exchanges & Refunds
Returning your product because you changed your mind
Please contact returns@lockabox.com if you wish to return your item, a returns label will be provided, we will expect the box to be unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 30 days, we will give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Returning a faulty item
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase please contact us at returns@lockabox.com , we will issue you with a free returns label. Please return with proof of purchase and we will issue you with a replacement or a full refund.
Lockabox Warranty
Lockabox products come with a 2 year manufacturer warranty as standard. If your product develops a fault within this period please send a full detailed description and images to help our returns team understand the fault and to provide you with the next steps and appropriate course of action. Please email returns@lockabox.com as soon as you think there may be a problem with your Lockabox.
