Lockabox One is currently our only available size and has been designed specifically for everyday use items and to store within standard fridges and cupboards. Is it possible to disassemble/ Take apart the Lockabox One?
Lockabox offers a level of security through its patented clam shell design and comes fully assembled and ready to use. The nature of the Lockabox One means it can not be disassembled/taken apart to ensure the quality and protection of the design.
What can you fit inside the Lockabox One?
Everything for a pint size bottle of milk to mobile phones and tablets whilst on charge. Lockabox One is also the ideal size for cream and lotions, blister packs and standard medicine bottles.
Can this box be tethered or fixed down?
The Lockabox one is designed to be compact, discreet and portable but is also suitable for mechanical fixing (screws and bolts), is safe to use with adhesives and often our customers use tethers connecting the product to a secure object.
Can you change the code at anytime?
Yes, Lockabox has a quality three digit combination code designed for regular use. It’s simple design enables a change to be quickly set and can be changed at any time and as many times as required. For further information on setting the code, please see our FAQ page.
How secure is Lockabox One?
Lockabox One is designed to provide a level of security in both domestic, professional and commercial environments. It is made from a leading impact and shatter resistant food grade polycarbonate and is exceptionally durable when used everyday as a deterrent to unwanted access, safety and the protection of others. Exchanges & Refunds
Returning your product because you changed your mind
Please contact [email protected] if you wish to return your item, a returns label will be provided, we will expect the box to be unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 30 days, we will give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Returning a faulty item
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase please contact us at [email protected] , we will issue you with a free returns label. Please return with proof of purchase and we will issue you with a replacement or a full refund.
Lockabox Warranty
Lockabox products come with a 2 year manufacturer warranty as standard. If your product develops a fault within this period please send a full detailed description and images to help our returns team understand the fault and to provide you with the next steps and appropriate course of action.
